Creality Hyper PLA (Snapmaker PLA SnapSpeed) or similar filament/setting

0.08 High Quality  (.4 Nozzle)

Quality

• Ironing all top surfaces
• Ironing flow 15% (higher)

Speed

• ironing speed 20 mm/s (slower)
• first layer 25mm/s (slower)
• first layer infill 25 mm/s (slower)
• number of slow layers 2

Other

• Brim Type Mouse Ears
• Brim width 4mm (less)

(Note, if item doesn't stick, consider using wider brim or masking tape on the plate.  The advantage of masking/blue tape is that you don't have as big of a brim to trim)

Pause Slicer Insert Magnet (or alternatively enable supports - see below to start with)

• Pause the slicer before layer 42 is applied.  Typically that means set the pause option on layer 42.
• Insert the magnet 3mmx6mm (actually 2.75mmx6mm) into the print.
• Unpause and layer 42 and higher will be applied around the magnet.  No need for support.

After printing, clip off the peg/connector that keeps the flap over the magnet flat.

Alternative to "Pause Slicer Insert Magnet"...Support (use for yorokobee/bee ...)

• remove small overhangs - UNCHECK! (FALSE! - Enable small overhangs)
